Scott Beery

Scott provides his clients with a unique quality in commercial real estate. His skill set is supplemented with numerous years of experience in structural engineering and working at the City of Anaheim’s building department as a certified plans examiner and plan check supervisor. His background with building code, building design, and construction complement his real estate service and enables him to navigate his clients through successful real estate transactions while avoiding potential costly code issues. As a real estate portfolio manager, Scott understands his clients’ needs when dealing with the sensitive nature of their properties. In addition, he has been active with trust deed investments and real estate rehabilitation. Scott graduated from California Polytechnic San Luis Obispo, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering. In addition, he has received an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Fullerton College and an Associate in Science degree in Fire Science from Santa Ana College. Scott Beery was born and raised in Orange County and currently resides in Yorba Linda with his wife and two daughters.
