A true specialty of JonesRE, whether developing from ground up new construction or adding value to out dated designs and properties which have become functionally obsolete. By remodeling the properties, we work hand in hand with the architects and contractors in the design, planning, entitlements and construction of the projects.
In many cases the projects are fully leased prior to the completion of construction. By having the tenants specifications ahead of time this can save time and money for any special upgrades a tenant may need during construction.
